Fortlane Partners' Private Equity consulting team supported Steadfast Capital Fund IV SCS, SICAV-RAIF, with a Commercial Due Diligence on the acquisition of the Koop Group. The transaction comprises Koop Watermanagement Holding B.V., as well as the Ko-Mats Group with its subsidiaries in Germany and the Netherlands.


The Commercial Due Diligence includes a comprehensive assessment of both companies’ business models, with particular focus on their service and product portfolio, an in-depth market assessment with regard to size and development, as well as an evaluation of their positioning in the competitive landscape. Furthermore, Fortlane Partners assessed the consolidated business plan and future growth opportunities.
