goetzpartners advised Borromin Capital Fund IV ("Borromin”) with a Commercial Due Diligence on the acquisition of Aerotec Europe GmbH and its subsidiary Airplane Equipment & Services A.E.S. GmbH (together "AES" or "the Company"), a leading air freight container service company in Europe.
