of 100% of their shares to
All for One Group SE

Value not disclosed

goetzpartners acted as exclusive M&A advisor to the shareholders of POET Group ("POET"), a Germany-based customer experience (CX) specialist, in the disposal to the Germany-based consulting and IT company All for One Group SE ("All for One Group"). The transaction included the sale of POET GmbH, as well as a majority stake in the development company POET Egypt LLC; Alexandria.

POET, a longstanding SAP Gold Partner, has been at the forefront of IT services and CX for many years. The SAP CX solutions include five industry-leading clouds - each integrated and extensible. The cloud solutions for marketing, commerce, sales, service and customer data perform real-time interactions with intelligent technologies such as machine learning. POET's CX know-how and the nearshore model with POET Egypt will allow All for One Group to strengthen the Group‘s portfolio of CX products and services that its two subsidiaries B4B Solutions, based in Germany and Austria, are already providing successfully to the Group's customers.

»We are looking forward to the next CX level as a part of All for One Group and working together with B4B Solutions. Both our customers and the entire POET team will benefit from this important step and from becoming part of the large, broadly based Group that is All for One«, explains Gerlinde Wiest-Gümbel, Managing Director of POET GmbH.

»The acquisition is a win-win situation for everyone involved. Together with POET, we will be able to service the customer experience market even more comprehensively while reaping the benefits of synergies and expanding our development capacities«, summarises Stefan Land, CFO of All for One Group.

goetzpartners acted as exclusive M&A advisor to the shareholders, further underlining our competence as advisor of choice in the IT services industry.
