About Jens Reska

Jens Reska is a Managing Director at Fortlane Partners GmbH based in the Munich office.

He has more than 17 years of experience leading digital and AI-enabled transformation programs across industries, including Telecommunications, Media, High Tech, and Retail. His advisory work spans areas such as Digital Transformation, Customer Strategy, Sales Effectiveness, and Performance Improvement.

Jens Reska has a strong track record of driving growth and delivering technology-driven transformations that enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and organizational performance. Before joining Fortlane Partners, he was a member of the AWS Leadership Team in Germany, where he led the Telecommunications, Media & Entertainment, Games, and Sports sectors.

He holds an MBA from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Munich.
