About Uli Kinzel

Uli Kinzel is a Managing Director at Fortlane Partners in the Munich office and heads the Healthcare & Life Sciences sector.

He has more than 25 years’ experience both in mergers & acquisitions and capital markets advisory in European and international transactions particularly in the areas of pharma, biotech and consumer healthcare, medical devices and digital health. His clients include German and international corporates, medium-sized companies, financial investors as well as family offices.

Prior to joining Fortlane Partners, he was a Managing Director at Stifel. Before this, he established the pan-European advisory business in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector at Fortlane's predecessor company over a decade.

Uli Kinzel holds an MBA from Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich.
