Event terms and conditions

1. Admittance. Registration for this event entitles you only to admission to the Event.  Fortlane Partners will not provide any reimbursement for hotel, transportation, travel costs or other costs related to the Event. 
 
2.  Media. You acknowledge and agree to grant Fortlane Partners and those acting for it or on its behalf the right at the Event to record, film, and photograph you through any form of media. You also give permission for Fortlane Partners and anyone acting for or on behalf of Fortlane Partners, or with the consent of Fortlane Partners, to reproduce, copy, display, publish, distribute, or broadcast Event footage and footage or photographs of you, and any statements made by you, for advertising, publicity, trade or any other lawful purpose, without any further approval by or payment to you. The recordings will be used to document and report on the Event in the Fortlane Partners intranet, on the Fortlane Partners website and/or via the Fortlane Partners social media accounts (see our Privacy Policy Social Media for details). The rights granted to Fortlane Partners include, but are not limited to, the right to edit such media, the right to use the media alone or together with other information, and the right to allow others to use and/or disseminate the media before, during and after the Event.   
 
3. Event Content. You acknowledge and agree that Fortlane Partners, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to change any and all aspects of the Event, including but not limited to, the Event name, themes, content, program, speakers, performers, hosts, moderators, venue and time. 

4. Event Information. You hereby grant Fortlane Partners permission to send you information regarding the event via email.
