Boris Herzog joins Fortlane Partners as Managing Director

Munich, September 1, 2026 – Fortlane Partners is pleased to announce that Boris Herzog will join the firm as Managing Director, effective September 2026. He brings extensive experience in commercial due diligence, value creation and transaction related strategy consulting, with a particular focus on digital infrastructure, IT and B2B technology services.

At Fortlane Partners, Boris will further strengthen the work with Private Equity Investors. He will focus on commercial due diligence and value creation engagements, supporting investors and portfolio companies in assessing growth opportunities, sharpening strategic positioning and translating investment theses into measurable performance improvements. His appointment also expands the firm’s sector expertise across Digital and Smart Infrastructure, Software and IT.
