Munich, February 1, 2026 — Fortlane Partners announced today that Jens Reska, former executive leader at Amazon Web Services (AWS) Germany, will join the firm as Managing Director, effective February 2026. In his previous role on the AWS Germany Leadership Team, Jens contributed to the expansion of one of the world’s most scalable and data-driven technology businesses, working closely with international enterprises on their cloud and digital transformation agendas.

In his new role, Jens will focus on scaling the advisory offering of Fortlane Partners at the intersection of technology transformation and sales performance, two critical value levers for sustainable top-line and margin growth. Drawing on his experience with global organizations undergoing complex technology shifts, as well as his background in a high-growth, performance-oriented environment like AWS, Jens will help clients deploy technology strategically and enhance performance management in B2X sales organizations.

“Jens combines strategic insight, technological depth, and commercial rigor,” said Axel Meythaler, Managing Partner at Fortlane Partners. “His track record in supporting international organizations through large-scale technology transformations, coupled with hands-on experience driving sales excellence within AWS, strongly supports our ambition to create measurable value for clients and, investors. He will further strengthen our ability to unlock growth, improve capital efficiency, and support management teams in executing their transformation agendas.”

Commenting on his appointment, Jens Reska said:

“Clients and investors increasingly expect clear value creation plans grounded in both technological competitiveness and commercial execution. Having worked with global enterprises on their technology roadmaps and seen first-hand how high-performing organizations manage sales and growth, I am convinced that these two dimensions must be tightly integrated. At Fortlane Partners, I look forward to working with management teams and investors to translate transformation initiatives into tangible financial impact and durable competitive advantage.”
