Uli Kinzel joins Fortlane Partners as Managing Director

Munich, December 1, 2025 — Fortlane Partners is strengthening its leadership team in Corporate Finance: Uli Kinzel will rejoin the firm as Managing Director, based in Munich, and become a shareholder of the Fortlane Group. With over 25 years of experience in healthcare and life sciences investment banking, he will play a pivotal role in expanding Fortlane Partners’ capabilities and sector expertise.

 

Uli Kinzel brings extensive experience in corporate finance and M&A advisory, having advised companies and investors across the healthcare and life sciences sector throughout his career. His experience in building and leading healthcare-focused advisory teams across Europe and internationally, combined with deep industry knowledge, will further strengthen Fortlane Partners’ advisory platform. “Uli Kinzel is a highly accomplished advisor whose sector expertise and strategic insight will strengthen our offering,” says Gerwin Weidl, Managing Director at Fortlane Partners. “Having worked with Uli for many years, I could not be more delighted to re-join forces with him to further develop our Corporate Finance business”, says Christian Muthler, Managing Director at Fortlane Partners.
