Fortlane Partners supported AURELIUS in the acquisition of Nokia’s Enterprise Campus Edge (ECE) business. AURELIUS has signed a definitive agreement with Nokia regarding the proposed acquisition in a complex, global carve-out. The planned transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2027.
