About Adrian Drettmann

Adrian Drettmann is a Principal at Fortlane Partners within the Organizational Performance & People service line. He advises organizations at the intersection of people, processes, and technology, with a focus on digital and AI strategy, target operating models, process excellence, and workforce strategy and optimization.

He brings extensive project experience in the design and execution of complex transformation programs, supporting organizations in aligning their operating structures, decision-making models, and workforce setups with clearly defined strategic target states. His work centers on driving sustainable performance improvements, scaling digital and AI-enabled solutions, and ensuring the effective integration of organization, processes, and technology.

Adrian holds a Master’s degree from ESCP Europe and a Business Strategy certification from INSEAD.
