About Philipp Mudersbach

Philipp Mudersbach is Managing Director at Fortlane Partners in Dusseldorf. He works within the Organization, People & Performance Practice and supports clients across industries in designing and implementing effective operating models.

He has more than 15 years of international experience in strategy and transformation consulting. A core focus of his work lies in digital and AI-native target operating models, connecting strategy, organization and technology to create scalable and resilient structures. He works closely with executive teams in complex transformation situations, particularly in the Industrials, Energy & Utilities and Infrastructure sectors.

Prior to joining Fortlane Partners, Philipp Mudersbach held leadership roles in international strategy consulting, most recently as a Partner at Arthur D. Little. Alongside his consulting career, he gained entrepreneurial experience as co-founder of an FMCG start-up, which continues to shape his hands-on and implementation-oriented approach.

Philipp Mudersbach holds a Master of Science degree in International Business from Maastricht University.
