Carlo is an Principal and Head of Transformation Practice Italy at Fortlane Partners.

He has over 15 years of experience in management consulting, combined with an engineering background and prior experience in industrial companies, where he held operational and managerial roles. He later built his career in leading industrial consulting firms, specializing in performance improvement and operational transformation in manufacturing environments.

Carlo supports private equity funds, corporates and SMEs in translating investment thesis into actionable operational value creation initiatives, delivering measurable impact on EBITDA, cash flow and enterprise value.

He works across the full investment lifecycle, from industrial due diligence to the design and execution of value creation plans and exit readiness. He advises CEOs and management teams on complex transformation programs, with a hands-on and results-oriented approach, ensuring alignment between strategy and execution.
