About Serge Hoffmann

Serge Hoffmann is a Managing Director at Fortlane Partners.

 

He is heading the Telecommunications, Media & Technology Practice, and has advised clients in a broad set of areas: Strategy, Transformation & Performance Excellence, M&A, PMI, IPO, Customer Experience & Digital Transformation.

 

Serge Hoffmann has advised numerous multinational companies across the globe, but also medium-sized and private equity-led companies.

 

Before joining Fortlane Partners, he was a CEO & Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer at Digicel, a Mobile Telecommunication company in the Americas. Prior to this, Serge Hoffmann was a Senior Partner at Bain & Company and a leader in the firm’s TMT Practice in Europe & Asia.

 

He holds an MBA from INSEAD and a BA from EM Lyon.
