Dr. Jerome Honerkamp joins Fortlane Partners as Principal

Munich, September 1, 2026 — Fortlane Partners announced today that Dr. Jerome Honerkamp has joined the firm as Principal in its Munich office.

Jerome brings extensive experience in strategy consulting and the consumer goods industry. Most recently, he advised national and international manufacturers and retailers on growth, commercial excellence and value creation, with a focus on the Consumer Goods and Retail sectors. His expertise includes pricing and revenue growth management, sales excellence, go-to-market strategies and data- and AI-enabled commercial transformation.

In his new role, Jerome will further strengthen Fortlane Partners’ capabilities in Commercial Excellence and Value Creation. He will support corporate clients, private equity investors and portfolio companies across the transaction and transformation lifecycle, including commercial due diligence, carve-outs, performance improvement and sustainable value creation.
