Gerrit Buschhorn joins Fortlane Partners as Principal

Munich, September 1, 2026 — Gerrit Buschhorn has joined Fortlane Partners as Principal in its Munich office. He brings more than a decade of experience in technology-led transformation, strategy and value creation across consulting and industry.

Most recently, Gerrit held a senior leadership position, advising clients across software, financial services and private equity on complex global transformation programs and leading large international teams.

At Fortlane Partners, Gerrit will focus on technology and operating model topics across transactions and transformations. He will assess technology platforms and complex programs and support value creation initiatives in close collaboration with investors and management teams.
