of its Russian business to KEMP

Norauto, a leading European car services centres operator, based in France, sells its Russian business unit to KEMP, one of the largest auto parts and products retailer in Russia.

The deal scope included 100% shares in Norauto RUS LLC which owned two autocentres in Moscow region, since 2011. The autocentres have advantageous locations near shopping malls and highways and combine multi-brand auto products stores and car maintenance shops.

The sale is in line with Norauto’s development strategy which foresees a focus on Western European countries. For KEMP, the acquisition allows to strengthen its position in the Moscow region.

The transaction documentation was signed on 28 June 2019. The deal value is not disclosed.
