Florian Jonda joins Fortlane Partners as Managing Director

Munich, October 1, 2026 – Fortlane Partners is pleased to announce that Florian Jonda has joined the firm as Managing Director. He brings more than 20 years of experience advising corporates and private equity investors on strategy, M&A and transformation, with a particular focus on technology, media and telecommunications.
 

Before joining Fortlane Partners, Florian held senior positions in M&A consulting and the corporate sector, most recently as a Director in Deloitte’s M&A Consulting practice. Over the course of his career, he has advised on more than 50 transactions, covering the entire deal lifecycle from strategy and due diligence to integrations, carve-outs, value creation and exit readiness.

At Fortlane Partners, Florian will advise corporates and private equity investors on strategy, M&A and transformation, particularly in the TMT sector. His focus will include commercial due diligence, portfolio and buy-and-build strategies, value creation, integrations and carve-outs, as well as exit and IPO readiness. He will also support clients in assessing and capturing the impact of AI across strategy, M&A and transformation – from business models and competitive dynamics to investment theses, value creation and transformation.
